First, thanks for the compliments. second, my advice is if you are a beginner artist just always use a guide line so you can achieve the best and proportion shape of your model. third, about the critique on your work, there's some details needed to polish but if you focus on it i believe you can make it beautifully.

actually, every artist has a different style of drawing, some are like yours but if you wanted to make it look more likely, just give a break... master every details of how you stroke the pen i.e. look at the hands of your drawing, it is more cartooning than reality. Actually, your drawing is looks like more 'toons.
